Yushin Elementary School is located next to the Fubao Wetland in Fuxing Township, Changhua County. The school district covers three villages, known as paradises for water birds and the hometown of dairy cows. The school was established in 1960 and currently has 109 students.

All past principals have actively promoted character education, teaching students to be grateful for their roots. This has shaped the campus culture of Yushin Elementary School, emphasizing the values of "cherishing blessings," "gratitude," and "kindness."

Although Yushin Elementary is a coastal school, in recent years, under the excellent leadership of the principal, the strong support of the parent association, and the efforts of all teachers and students, the school's performance has been repeatedly recognized. The school has been highly praised for its friendly campus, health promotion, environmental education, sports development, and kindergarten. In 2012, it was even selected as a special reading education school in Changhua County. Students' participation in various sports competitions has consistently resulted in outstanding performances, including track and field events at the Changhua County Elementary and Middle School Sports Festival, individual taekwondo competitions, and inline skating races.

In response to the implementation of the 12-year national education and the new 2019 curriculum guidelines, Yushin Elementary School actively creates a friendly learning environment and plans various special learning activities. It hopes that students can achieve healthy, happy, and effective balanced learning in a friendly campus environment.
